Description

The purpose of this consultation is to purchase telecommunications equipment with installation services in certain cases. This contract is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum order amount, without reopening competition when the order forms are awarded for each lot. The contract consists of five lots with the maximum annual order amounts as follows: Lot 1: Network equipment – Maximum annual order amount:10 000 € H.T. Lot 2: Mobile phones - Maximum annual order amount:20 000 € H.T. Lot 3: Fixed telephones - Maximum annual order amount:1,500 € H.T. Lot 4: Cabling – Maximum annual order amount:25 000 € excl. tax Lot 5: Cables, Connectors and peripherals - Maximum annual order amount:2 000 € H.T. The maximum annual amount of expenditure for all lots combined is €58 500 excluding VAT, i.e. €117,000 excluding VAT over two years. The contract shall begin on its date of notification or on the date indicated for a period of 12 months, renewable once for the same period. The total duration of the contract is 2 years.
