Upgrade of CHR METZ-THIONVILLE's SIPASS access control system
Description
It is a service contract whose duration runs from the notification of the service order until the completion of the services which are the subject of the contract.
The consultation procedure used is that of the negotiated contract without advertising or competitive tendering in accordance with Article R2122-3 2° and 3° of the Public Procurement Code.
The successful tenderer is SIEMENS SAS for a total amount of €36 337.53 excluding VAT.
