Removal services and treatment of radiology images for CHR METZ-THIONVILLE and CH de BRIEY
Description
The procedure used is the negotiated contract without advertising or competitive tendering in accordance with Articles R2122-3 2° and 3° of the Public Procurement Code.
This is a service contract for which the period starts from the date of its notification, i.e. 05/06/2024, renewable three times for periods of one year each; or until 04/06/2028.
The successful tenderer is REMONDIS, for a maximum amount of €1,000 excluding VAT for the four years of the contract.
