Description
SOLENA VALORISATION holds the DSP contract with SYDOM AVEYRON. In this context, the delegatee's mission is to ensure the design, construction, financing and operation of a high-performance waste treatment facility. In accordance with Article 31 of the contract, amendments to the general characteristics of the construction programme likely to modify the guaranteed performance shall be the subject of an addendum 4.
