2023 mission committee report

Description

La Poste adopted the status of mission company* and amended its articles of association to that effect in June 2021. The Mission Committee’s Report for 2023 provides a detailed overview of the commitments that are now part of the company’s statutes and the actions taken to comply with them. La Poste is building its road to meet the four commitments set out in its statutes: contribute to the development and cohesion of the territories; promoting social inclusion; promoting ethical, inclusive and frugal digitalisation; working to accelerate the green transition for all. The role of the Mission Committee is to be at its side to measure its effectiveness and make the achievement of these objectives possible, powerful and sustainable through constant, open and demanding dialogue. *A company with a mission is a company whose purpose reconciles the search for economic performance and contribution to the general interest. This is a legal framework introduced by the PACTE law in 2019.
