Development plan Bramfeld 15 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Law on the Building Plan Bramfeld 15 of 25 September 1964 (HmbGVBl. P. 213), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 497) is amended as follows:
1.The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Building Plan Bramfeld 15” is added to the Act.
2.The following sentences shall be added to Section 2(2):
‘Retail establishments with the exception of mail order establishments shall be prohibited. By way of exception, retail trades in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing industries, as well as businesses dealing with motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally surface-use articles, including accessories, or with building materials, tools, garden equipment or other construction and garden supplies, are authorised to issue or store these items. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
