Insurance services for the GHT Lorraine Nord
Description
The consultation procedure used is that of the European open invitation to tender pursuant to Article R2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code.
The contract consists of six lots divided as follows:
-Lot 1 Motor insurance
-Lot 2 Damage to property
-Lot 3 Statutory risks
Partial repair work on substructure foundations and timber frames;
-Lot 5 Cyber Security
-Lot 6 Individual accident
The lots were awarded to the companies for the following total amounts (4 years):
Lot 1 – Contract No 20240000000250 – RELYENS MUTUAL INSURANCE for an amount of EUR 789 311.12 inclusive of VAT
Lot 2 – Contracts Nos 20240000000251 and 24G013 – RELYENS MUTUAL INSURANCE for an amount of EUR 1 303 691.60 including VAT
Lot 3 – Contract No 20240000000252 – RELYENS SPS for an amount of EUR 2 272 490.72 including VAT
Lot 4 – Contract No 24G012 – 2C SHORTING for an amount of EUR 3 359.56 inclusive of VAT
Lot 5 - Unsuccessful
Lot 6 – Contract No 20240000000254 – ACL COURTAGE for an amount of EUR 7 958.88 inclusive of VAT.
The duration of the contracts shall be concluded from 1 January 2024 until 31 December 2027.
