Municipalities with a Community Safeguard Plan (PCS)
Description
High school remoteness index (csv) It takes the form of a document that plans the operational management arrangements for the crisis. This ‘operational plan’ is drawn up on the basis of legislative criteria, but above all on the operating methods, feedback and local issues of each municipality. Law No 2004-811 of 13 August 2004 on the modernisation of civil security introduced the PCS tool, which must be drawn up and updated every five years.
