Turnkey sites - France 2030
Description
Presented on 11 May 2023 by the President of the Republic, as part of the green industry bill, the ‘France 2030 turnkey sites’ scheme aims to accelerate the mobilisation of high-quality industrial land, in a context of land tenure sobriety.
This system aims to identify and label sites with high industrial development potential, but also to support them to ensure their "turnkey" character. The aim is to make it possible to upgrade the sites identified in terms of both procedures and pre-development. The selected sites will be able to request, according to their needs and maturity, the services of the State, the regions and the competent operators.
The approach is coordinated at national level by the Delegation to Industrial Territories (co-led by the National Agency for Territorial Cohesion – ANCT and the Directorate-General for Enterprise – DGE). It involves the various administrations and operators concerned (DGE, DGALN, DGITM, ANCT, Banque des Territoires, Business France, Cerema, Ademe).
