Description

This dataset makes it possible to meet the regulatory obligations concerning the publication of market data of organizations that are members of the GIP RECIA. It also makes it possible, in full transparency, to inform citizens about the decisions taken. The GDPR compliance dimension has also been taken into account: Bodies can choose to publish the contract (URL present in the schema) or not to publish the contract as such (all fields provided except the deliberation download URL). Whether or not to publish the information remains the responsibility and responsibility of each body. Technically, the data is automatically retrieved from the flows of procurement consultations webmarche.solaere.recia.fr The service went into production on 01/07/2023, with an update every night.
