Deliberations of the GIP RECIA member organisations
Description
This dataset makes it possible to meet the regulatory obligations concerning the publication of the deliberative data of the organizations adhering to the GIP RECIA. It also makes it possible, in full transparency, to inform citizens about the decisions taken. The GDPR compliance dimension has also been taken into account: Bodies can choose to publish the deliberation (URL present in the schema) or not to publish the deliberation as such (all fields provided except the deliberation download URL). Whether or not to publish the information remains the responsibility and responsibility of each body.
Technically, the data are automatically retrieved from the flows transiting through the service of teletransmission of the acts (through which the deliberations of the communities pass) of the platform of services pro.publication-actes.fr. The data is structured in SCDL format (https://schema.data.gouv.fr/scdl/deliberations).
The service went into production on 01/07/2023, with an update every night.
