List of referents data, algorithms and source codes in prefecture of region
Description
As part of the implementation of [circular n°6264/SG published on 27 April 2021](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/circular/id/45162), the Prime Minister requested the appointment of "data, algorithms and source codes" referents, designated to each regional prefect, to accompany the devolved state services in the implementation of the guidelines on data, algorithms and source codes. In accordance with this decision, a file is initiated on a voluntary basis, to identify all referents also called Regional Data Administrators.
