Service concession contract for the operation of restaurant/bar activities within the CATACHOT property in Arjuzanx in the municipality of Morcenx-la-Nouvelle.
Description
The Licensing Authority exclusively entrusts the Concessionaire, at its own risk, with the following services within the CATACHOT property, in return for the collection of revenue from customers:
- The management of the catering and bar service in the interior premises of the CATACHOT house and on the outdoor terrace provided for that purpose, including the maintenance of the interior and exterior premises and their surroundings, their maintenance and their guarding;
- The management of a shop selling local products within CATACHOT, in order to highlight local know-how;
- The establishment of cultural activities contributing, throughout the year, to the tourist attendance of the CATACHOT property;
- The promotion of licensed activities by any means.
