Areas of exceptional importance for urban policy according to § 9 AG BauGB
Description
Pursuant to Section 9(1)(1) of the Implementing Act to the Building Code (AGBauGB), the Senate, in consultation with the Council of Mayors, may decide that a particular area is of exceptional importance for urban policy.
