Support fund for the installation of shops in rural areas
Description
This fund, endowed with €16.5 million for 2023-2024, is intended to finance projects aimed at setting up a sedentary or non-sedentary multi-service trade in order to contribute to maintaining a supply of everyday consumption for the population, strengthening social ties, the attractiveness of territories, and reducing CO2-emitting journeys.
**Targeted territories:
** Municipalities without trade or whose last activities no longer meet the basic needs of the population and whose nearest commercial offer is located more than ten minutes by car.

Nature of the aid:
Acquisition des locaux et travaux relatifs à la remise en état du local : covering the operating deficit up to 50%, up to a limit of €50,000
Agencement des locaux et acquisition du matériel professionnel : 50% of capital expenditure up to a limit of €20,000 (bonus of €5,000 for exemplary projects in the field of sustainable development or social or societal innovations)
Acquisition d'un véhicule professionnel de tournée : subsidy fixed at 50% of the capital expenditure within a limit of € 20,000.
