Food and wine in the taverns of the districts of Foligno

Description

The dataset was built by referring to the menus of the taverns of the districts of Foligno. For each tavern are reported the typical dishes, the price and the preparation times of the typical dishes. There are also available wines divided according to name, winery of origin, type and denomination, year of bottling. The taverns usually open their activities in the periods of May - June and September - October of each year, in conjunction with the Quintana rides that take place in those two moments.
