Business premises restructuring fund

Description

Deployed from March 2021, the Business Premises Restructuring Fund has made it possible to support, within the framework of the first envelope of €60 million with which it has been endowed, 182 real estate operations representing nearly 700 business premises put back on the market for a total amount of committed subsidy of €58,172,074. Given the success achieved, the State has decided to renew this fund in 2023 with a new envelope of € 23.5 million. Objective: Facilitate the realization of structuring real estate projects to support the recomposition of the diversity of the commercial, craft and service offer, whether it is renovation, transformation or change of use projects Target territories: centres in medium-sized or small towns (LCAs, developing countries) or municipalities that have implemented an ORT, centre-bourg in the ZRR, fragile neighbourhoods covered by city policy or located in the ZAFR Beneficiaries: Local Public Enterprises, Revitalisation Lands, Public Development or State Establishments, Solidary Land Organizations, , Private Enterprises, Social Donors, Small Communities _Nature of aid: subsidy of up to 50% of the deficit of the real estate operation _ Eligibility criteria: Une localisation dans une zone géographique à redynamiser en priorité, le cas échéant adossé à un cadre partenarial clair et structuré (ORT) Une inscription dans une stratégie globale d'aménagement Une demande émanant d'un établissement commercial ou public, quel que soit son statut...
