Development plan Rahlstedt 7 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Rahlstedt 7 Building Plan Act of 16. December 1966 (HmbGVBl. P. 292), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 499) is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Rahlstedt 7 Building Plan Act” is added to the Act.
2. In § 2(4), the following sentences are added:
‘Retail establishments with the exception of mail order establishments shall be prohibited. By way of exception, retail is permitted in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing industries. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
