Nuancement of mapping on V2, on the basis of the risk that the mapped pollution poses or may pose for the current use for residential purposes
In connection with a decision on mapping at knowledge level 2 of an area used for housing, the Regional Council based on the available knowledge nuances the mapping on the basis of the risk that the mapped pollution poses or may pose for the current use for residential purposes, which:
F0: The pollution poses no risk from the actual use of the property as a dwelling;
F1: The pollution poses no risk to the property’s current use for residential purposes, if simple advice on the use of the property is complied with, or
F2: The pollution poses or may pose a risk by the property’s current use for housing, or there is not enough knowledge to nuance the mapping.
