[2016] Monitoring of migratory birds (Eiders) in the Wadden Sea of Lower Saxony in summer (moulting) 2016
Description
Recording of the eider duck population in the Wadden Sea of Lower Saxony in the summer (Mauser) 2016. In the Wadden Sea of Lower Saxony, the eider duck population has been recorded twice a year during a tide from the aircraft since 1986. These are the moulting (July/August) and wintering (January/February) stocks. The censuses take place in coordination with Schleswig-Holstein. The data are part of the Trilateral Monitoring and Assessment Program (TMAP).
