Beyond the legal obligations of transmission to the control of legality and publicity of the acts of the local authorities defined in the General Code of Territorial Collectivities, the availability in open data of the data relating to the deliberations adopted by a local authority must make it possible to improve the transparency of the public decisions taken by the various authorized bodies whatever the territorial level considered.
