Description

This dataset serves to meet regulatory obligations regarding the publication of data deliberations of RECIA GIP member organisations. It also makes it possible, in full transparency, to inform citizens about the decisions taken. The GDPR compliance dimension has also been taken into account: organisations may choose to publish the deliberation (URL present in the schema) or not to publish the deliberation as such (all fields filled in except the deliberation download URL). Whether or not to publish the information remains the responsibility and responsibility of each body. Technically, data is automatically retrieved from flows passing through the teletransmission service of the SOLAERE service platform (where the deliberations of local authorities pass). The data are structured in SCDL format (https://schema.data.gouv.fr/scdl/deliberations/). The service has been updated since 01/01/24, with an update every night. It contains the datasets of the members of the RECA GIP meeting 2 conditions: . those who use the service of teletransmission of SOLAERE acts those who have actually chosen to publish their document in opendata.
