Description
ANRU is an agency that determines urban revitalisation zones called “ANRU Areas”. Within the scope of these zones, the purchasers of their principal residence can obtain a reduced rate of VAT 5.5 % on the purchase price. New cut-offs effective from 1 January 2024.
