A dataset that lists all the heritage elements of the site https://www.grenoble-patrimoine.fr with a description, an address and a geolocation for each element.
The **thematics** discussed are:
* Art and culture
* History & evolution of the city
* Natural and landscape heritage
* Science, technology and innovation
* Tourism
* Fortified city, garrison or military
The **historical periods**, divided into 8 periods, are:
* from -43 to the 8th century
* from the 8th century to 1590
* from 1590 to 1830
* from 1830 to 1880
* from 1880 to 1925
* from 1925 to 1968
* from 1968 to 2000
* from 2000 onwards
For works of art on the public space, the **descriptive texts** of the heritage elements are provided in 2 languages French and English.
