Description
Zoning of the PLUI of Grenoble Alpes Métropole. This lot informs about the right to build on the metropolis of Grenoble. Zoning distinguishes 34 areas, sometimes with 17 specific indices, which determine the dominant land use for a given territory, specifying the main use that can be made of it. The zones and indices refer to the general provisions of the written regulation and the written regulations of each of the zones Digitalised urban planning document in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG of 08/12/2017. This batch of data produced in 2021 has been digitised from the PCI Vector. “Source of georeferencing: the benchmark used is that of the 2016 Informatised Cadastral Plan of the Directorate-General for Public Finance (DGFiP). Last update: simplified amendment No 1 approved on 2 July 2021.
