The Departmental Council of Côtes d’Armor has set up a network Building Digital in Côtes d’Armor which aims to create a community of Costa Rican digital actors to fight the digital divide by promoting cooperation and the development of digital in Costa Rican territory.

Access to the Numérithèque des Côtes d’Armor (NCA) is one of the network’s service offerings. It offers new services to support digital mediation in Costa Rican digital locations:

— Share knowledge and experiences between digital mediators of the territory
— Diversify digital workshops in your structure by borrowing specific digital equipment for free to organise digital workshops or events
— Get advice for setting up digital projects with Costa Ricans, the associative fabric in your territory.

Find here the catalog of digital equipment that you can borrow.
