**Data available**
Registrations relating to the creation, modification and cessation of agricultural, craft, commercial and liberal enterprises filed with the INPI and registered in the national register of enterprises;
- Stock of files of active legal and natural persons up to date on 4 May 2017 for commercial enterprises (stock);
- New registrations submitted by companies (flow data);
- Non-confidential data entered from the annual accounts submitted since 1 January 2017 (data relating to balance sheets (assets/liabilities), profit and loss accounts, fixed assets, depreciation and provisions, and transmitted to the INPI as part of its tasks for commercial companies;
Acts and statutes of legal and natural persons since 1993 (stock).
**As of 1 January 2023**, the format of the data made available on companies changes with the establishment of the National Register of Companies, which succeeds the RNCS under the PACTE law. The new format, based on JSON.
