Public procurement of the Métropole de Lyon

To meet its needs for works, supplies and services, the Métropole de Lyon must conclude a public contract with a supplier or contractor. The rules that apply to such contracts are laid down in public procurement legislation.
The data set out in the Order of 14 April 2017 must be published as from 1 October 2018 for each public contract amounting to more than EUR 25000 excluding VAT and for each concession contract.
