The file below lists French asset management companies with a valid authorisation issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF). _This publication is part of the Law for a Digital Republic and aims in particular at: à favoriser la transparence des données auprès du public ainsi que leur mise en qualité, à aider à une meilleure compréhension du marché et incidemment à la protection des investisseurs._ The list contains only the portfolio management companies in operation at the date of publication. The file shared here contains the following fields: no_amf : MFA authorisation number of the asset management company entite_nom : name of the asset management company forme_juridique : Legal form of the legal entity pays : country of the asset management company site_internet : Website URL of the portfolio management company telephone : contact number the customer, from the website siret : system for identifying the register of establishments no_registre_national : national trade and company register number specific to each country (in the case of French companies this is the SIREN number) lei : Legal Entity Identifier date_debut_autorisation : date from which the entity obtained authorisation from the MFA to operate as an asset management company nature_autorisation : defines the authorisation granted (authorisation) statut : The only possible value is "living." This status indicates that the asset management company has a valid authorisation to date libelle_type_activite : Financial activities and instruments libelle_activite : the types of activities that the asset management company is entitled to carry out (management of UCITS, AIFs, management under mandate, investment advice, reception of transmission of orders) and the instruments that it may select libelle_sous_activite : specifies the activity defined by ‘other’ in the ‘activity code’ column (examples: loans, digital assets, forestry assets, etc.) date_publication : date of update of the file _A large part of the value of this data lies in its daily updating. If you reuse it, make sure that the source of the data, the date it was last updated, and its meaning are not altered as required by the Open License Agreement 2.0.
