Description

The development plan Hamburg-Altstadt 47/Neustadt 49 for the area of application in the inner city of Hamburg (district Hamburg-Mitte, districts 101, 102, 105, 106, 107 and 108) is established. The area is delimited as follows: Hafentor - Kuhberg - Venusberg - via the parcel 603 (Seewartenstraße) of the district Neustadt Süd - Neu-mayerstraße - Zeughausmarkt (west side) - via the parcels 1818 (Ludwig-Erhard-Straße) and 589 (Millerntor- damm) of the district Neustadt Süd - Holstenwall - Johannes-Brahms-Platz - Gorch-Fock-Wall - Stephansplatz - Esplanade - via the parcel 1207 (Neuer Jungfernstieg) of the district Neustadt Nord - Lombardsbrücke - Glockengießerwall - Steintorwall - Klosterwall - Deichtorplatz - Willy-Brandt-Straße - Dofleet - Zippelhaus - Katharinenkirchhof - Bei den Mühren - Bei dem Neuen Krahn - Hohe Brücke - Kajen - via the parcel 1674 (Beim Alten Waisenhaus) of the district Süd-Schaorbrücke - Schaartbrücke - Schaarnenhöft - Steinbost Excluded from the area referred to in the second sentence are those contained in the drafting decisions M 5/06 of 5 September 2006 (Official Gazette No 2237) for the development plan Hamburg-Altstadt 38, M 2/10 of 19 March 2010 (Official Gazette No. p. 513) for the development plan Hamburg-Altstadt 42, M 4/03 of 30 April 2003 (Official Gazette Note p. 1889) for the development plan Neustadt 43, amended on 27 October 2009 (Official Gazette Note p. 2081), M 5/07 of 3 September 2007 (Official Gazette No 2030) for the development plan Neustadt 46, M 1/08 of 17.
