The area is delimited as follows:
Hafentor - Kuhberg - Venusberg - via the parcel 603 (Seewartenstraße) of the district Neustadt Süd - Neu-mayerstraße - Zeughausmarkt (west side) - via the parcels 1818 (Ludwig-Erhard-Straße) and 589 (Millerntor- damm) of the district Neustadt Süd - Holstenwall - Johannes-Brahms-Platz - Gorch-Fock-Wall - Stephansplatz - Esplanade - via the parcel 1207 (Neuer Jungfernstieg) of the district Neustadt Nord - Lombardsbrücke - Glockengießerwall - Steintorwall - Klosterwall - Deichtorplatz - Willy-Brandt-Straße - Dofleet - Zippelhaus - Katharinenkirchhof - Bei den Mühren - Bei dem Neuen Krahn - Hohe Brücke - Kajen - via the parcel 1674 (Beim Alten Waisenhaus) of the district Süd-Schaorbrücke - Schaartbrücke - Schaarnenhöft - Steinbost
