Description
The development plan Hamburg-Altstadt 47/Neustadt 49 for the area of application in the Hamburg city centre (district Hamburg-Mitte, districts 101, 102, 105, 106, 107 and 108) enclosed in the plant by a continuous black line is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Hafentor — Kuhberg — Venusberg — via parcel 603 (Seewartenstraße) of the district Neustadt Süd — Neu-mayerstraße — Zeughausmarkt (West side) — via the parcels 1818 (Ludwig-Erhard-Straße) and 589 (Millerntor- damm) of the district Neustadt Süd — Holstenwall — Johannes-Brahms-Platz — Gorch-Fock-Wall — Stephansplatz — Esplanade — via the parcel 1207 (Neuer Jungfernstieg) Neustadt Nord — Lombardsbrücke — Glockengießerwall — Steintorwall — Klosterwall — Deichtorplatz — Willy-Brandt-Straße — Dovenfleet — Zippelhaus — Katharinenkirchhof — Bei den Mühren — Bei den Mühren — Bei dem Neue Krahn — Hohe Brücke — Kajen — Over the parcel 1674 (at the Old orphanage) of the district of Old Town South — Schaartor Bridge — Schaartor — Steinhöft — Baumwall — Vorsetzen — Johannisbollwerk.
