Personal assistance under the Social Welfare Act
Description
Number of persons and cases in personal assistance under the Social Welfare Act since 2006.
In addition to economic assistance, social assistance also offers personal assistance, among other things, in the form of consultations. The Infodona advisory service is aimed at migrants, which is purely informative and does not make any financial payments.
Here, foreign people can seek advice in areas such as family, law, finance or health.
Another service of the city is income and wealth management on a voluntary basis.
