Sub-areas for local plans - PlanDK

Description

Local plan sub-areas are a subdivision of the theme "local plan". Municipalities are obliged to report local plans to Plandata.dk. Local development sub-areas must comply with the same legal provisions as local development plans. "Paragraph 13. The Municipal Council may provide local plans in accordance with the rules laid down in Chapter 6. A local plan should not conflict with the 1) the town plan, 2) rules or decisions in accordance with §§ 3 and 5 j, 3) published proposals for rules in accordance with §§ 3 and 5 j, see. section 22 (a), paragraph 1, 4) a Natura 2000 plan, see. law on environmental objectives, etc. for international nature protection areas (environmental target law), an action plan in accordance with the same law, section 46 (a) or rules issued pursuant to the same law, section 36, paragraph 3, 5) rules on the programme of measures issued on the basis of the law on water planning, 6) a municipal risk management plan, see. chapter 3 of the law on the assessment and management of the risk of floods from rivers and lakes and Ordinance on the assessment and risk management of floods from the sea, fjords or other parts of the territorial sea, 7) a Natura 2000 forest plan, see. chapter 4 of the law on forests, 8) a raw materials plan, see. section 5 (a) of the law on raw materials, or 9) marine plan in accordance with the law on maritime spatial planning or proposals for new marine plan or proposals for amendments to the marine plan, when the proposal is published for consultation. Paragraph 2.
