List of local delegations to Anah
Description
The missions of Anah are relayed locally at the level of the departmental directorates of the territories (DDT) or directly by the territorial collectivities.
Local delegations
At regional level, the prefects, delegates of Anah, ensure the programming of the Agency’s aid and intervention policies on the private park, with the operational support of the Regional Directorates for the Environment, Planning and Housing (Dreal).
Anah is also present in each department through its Departmental Directorates of Territories (DDT). They manage the allocation of aid and investigate cases.
Competence delegates
As part of the delegation of aid for stone, a local authority may choose to be delegated powers. In this case, the local authority is responsible for allocating Anah’s aid on its territory and must ensure compliance with the overall objectives set by the Agency.
