List of Anah's scheduled operations (ongoing and completed)
Description
The National Housing Agency (Anah) implements the national policy to improve the existing private housing stock. It grants financial aid to owner-occupiers and landlords and to syndicates of co-owners for carrying out heavy work or improving their homes under certain conditions.
A significant part of Anah’s grants are awarded through operational arrangements implemented by local authorities.
Programmed operations for the improvement of housing (OPAH), programmes of general interest (PIG) or plans to safeguard condominiums in difficulty are operational tools, which reflect housing policy decisions taken at local level to improve the living conditions of more modest households. The challenge therefore concerns the quality of the implementation processes of an operation programmed to achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the contracting authorities. In order to adapt them to national requirements and local challenges, Anah’s systems are therefore intended to evolve in order to make them more relevant and continuously improve their effectiveness.
Target data are entered by the decentralised departments when the agreement is launched: objectives may have changed in addenda but changes are not necessarily reported in the data shared here. Target data should therefore be analysed with caution. It is always the conventions and endorsements that are authentic.
Not all programmed operations have a geographical perimeter in the dataset. This is particularly the case for former programmed operations.
