Regulation of hiking, mountain biking and canyoning practices in the heart of the Cévennes National Park
Description
The heart of the Cévennes National Park is a **area of strong biodiversity protection**. All activities taking place there are subject to regulation, including ** outdoor activities**.
“**sensitive_areas.geojson**” is a file containing the geographical data listed as “sensitive areas” in Geotrek. Namely, the regulations concerning the practice of **hiking** (1), ** ATV** (2) and **canyoning** (3).
Note that the practice of bivouac is prohibited throughout the heart of the Cévennes National Park, with the exception of the GR® and GRP® borders, and that the geographical data below represent additional prohibitions that concern only GR® and GRP® borders.
_(1) Hiking regulations (Gr® and GRP® doors where bivouac is prohibited, pedestrian access regulated)
(2) ATV regulation (prohibited, non-advised portions, portions where the ATV must be worn)
(3) Regulation of canyoning (canyons prohibited, canyons regulated)_
