Road manager

Description

This layer represents the roads managed by the Region: According to the Royal Decree of 6 December 1991 drawing up the list of roads and their dependencies, transferred to the Brussels-Capital Region and its amendments in accordance with the legal alignments, of which the Region has the management responsibility in accordance with the cooperation agreement between the Flemish Region, the Walloon Region and the Brussels-Capital Region concerning roads exceeding the limits of a Region of 17 June 1997. According to the purchases and agreements made since 1991 This layer also represents the municipal roads subject to Article 33. This is a graphic representation of the list of municipal roads affected by Ordinance 33 according to the Government Decree of 16 July 1998 (B.M. of 28 August 1998). These roads are communal, but an agreement of the region is necessary in case of modification. The updating of this map is managed by the Management and Inspection Directorate (DGI) of Brussels Mobility.
