Participation in the Digital Cleaning Week in the City of Antibes
Description
Because Digital generates 3-4 % of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and without action to limit the growth of the environmental impact of digital, its carbon footprint could triple between 2020 and 2050 (source ARCEP/ADEME 2023), the City’s agents, as part of the internal management record approach, are invited since 2022 to participate in the digital cleaning week both from the point of view of professional data produced (meals, digital files) and materials for the moment personal only (reuse: give a second life to all equipment yet functional; recycling: non-functional digital equipment for processing and recovery of WEEE in waste disposal.
