Development Plan 4-073 entered into force on 24 May 2008.
A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning.
The building community regulates where, what and how to build.
In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.
