Road traffic on the 2019 Costa Rican departmental network

Description

Road traffic on the 2019 Costa Rican departmental network. The annual average daily traffic (AWTM) of a road section is obtained by calculating the one-year average of the number of vehicles circulating on that section during a day. The Department initiated in 2019 a redesign of its traffic measurement system, this file describes the only counts made in 2019.
