P+R data (occupancy, attendance, exits with input)
Description
Statistics on parking in the P+Rs shall be made available according to the format of the parking observatory of the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg. Three information is available:attendance, occupancy and parking times with a file per P+R.
In general, these are files in CSV format, encoded in UTF8, with a header line. There is one file per operating day (2:00 a.m. to 1:59 a.m.) and per P+R for each data type. The number of parking spaces known as “hours”, corresponding to the use of a ticket distributed at the entrance, is distinguished from the number of parking subscribers, corresponding to access using a Badgéo card or an NFC telephone.
