Results of remote declaration campaigns for canteens

Description

The ‘ma-cantine’ tool supports catering operators in their new obligations under the EGALIM law and the Climate and Resilience law. This tool allows catering professionals to access the provisions of the law, community resources, self-assessment and easily provide information to users. For the administration, this tool gives access to information enabling it to steer its actions. Finally, for all, the data make it possible to observe the application of these new obligations. Tele-reporting is one such data produced. It is the immutable result of the annual declaration filled in by an actor of the collective catering on data called EGALIM (distribution of organic purchases, distribution of sustainable purchases ...). This dataset includes a number of fields already published in the [national register of canteens] (https://www.data.gouv.fr/en/datasets/registre-national-des-cantines/). This makes it possible to save the information of a canteen at the time of its tele-declaration. In the register, the information in a canteen may change and no longer necessarily correspond to the reality of a teledeclaration. You will find detailed documentation of the data using the data schema in the file: ``schema.json```. **Attention: ** For the 2021 campaign, the data associated with the canteens are not provided. This addition is effective from the 2022 campaign. This dataset is produced by the Directorate-General for Food.
