SCoT of the Pays de Brest: Sector already urbanized
Description
In coastal municipalities, planning documents may delineate areas that are already urbanised; listed on page 58 of the DOO and located on the map "Implementation of the Coastal Law - 2, page 57". These sectors correspond to entities:
• more than 50% of the right-of-way is located outside areas close to the shore;
• made up of at least 20 main residential buildings, grouped together, located without interruption in the built-up land;
• with a lower buildable potential than the existing one;
• structured around public roads and served by water, electricity and waste collection networks.
These already urbanised areas can accommodate new buildings for the purpose of improving the supply of housing, accommodation or the establishment of public services, excluding areas close to the shore, only within the urbanised area. New construction will have to take into account the characteristics of the building of the sector concerned.
