Corresponds to the “cadastrated” space, including thus the cadastral roads (such as roads of new subdivisions not yet retroceded).
In this, this layer does not strictly correspond to the islets.
It is also not exactly the private domain, since plots belonging to the State or local authorities may be used for public use, and thus be part of the public domain.Example:
