IRIS districts and Insee tiles 200mx200 benefiting from the Pinel device. The Pinel rental investment scheme, allows, under conditions, to obtain a tax reduction for the purchase of a new or rehabilitated home in areas where the tension between the supply and demand of housing is the strongest.
