Why a list of SSE companies (Social and Solidarity Economy)?
Article 6 of the ESS Act entrusts Regional Chambers of the SSE “the publication and maintenance of the list of SSE enterprises”. ESS France centralises the publication of this list on its website. All SSE companies, both employees and non-employees, are intended to be listed.
This list is mobilised by French banking institutions for the book of sustainable and solidarity development (LDDS) regulated by the law n° 2016-1691 known as the “Sapin II” law.
