Harmonisation: © IZES gGmbH 2022 \- Territorial level: NUTS 2 (provinces in Wallonia, former Regierungsbezirke in Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, Luxembourg) and NUTS 3 (departments in Lorraine) \- The map shows the technically exploitable potential of photovoltaics or the maximum potential of roofs and facades at NUTS 2-3 level in the Greater Region. By selecting a highlighted surface further information is displayed. They contain information on roof/facade surface calculations, potential electrical efficiency and installed capacity on roofs and facades in this region. These are theoretical deposits based on calculations and assumptions made. Thus, when using the data, it must be taken into account that these data are based on a statistical approach that represents an approximation or an estimate of the deposits.
