Description
Created by the Water Act of 3 January 1992, the SDAGE establishes the fundamental guidelines for the balanced management of water resources for each river basin. The new SDAGE incorporates the obligations defined by the European Water Directive, as well as the guidelines of the Law of 3 August 2009 on programming on the implementation of the Grenelle Environment.
