Description
### The barometer of public action results
The [barometer of the results of public action] (#todo) gives concrete expression to a strong and unprecedented presidential commitment under the Fifth Republic: transparency of the results of public action. It also demonstrates the Government's determination to improve the daily lives of citizens in each territory, to accelerate the implementation of reforms and to strengthen the evaluation of public action, through results-based and data-driven management.
Accessible online on the website [gouvernement.fr] (https://gouvernement.fr) since January 2021, the barometer allows each citizen to follow the action of the Government, site by site, territory by territory. It has been renewed for the current term of office of the President.

### Structure of the Results Barometer
Nearly 50 Government priority projects will be published in the Barometer. The indicators and their data will be gradually completed, starting with about twenty projects. The worksites are published around four markers:
- Achieving full employment and reindustrializing France
- Building further progress and rebuilding our public services
- Planning and accelerating the green transition
- Strengthening Republican Order and Encouraging Engagement
For each priority project in the barometer, the result of public action is measured using one or more precise indicators, broken down at national and local level, presenting the initial situation since 2022, the current value and the target in 2026. Finer values are also made available to provide visibility on the evolution of results.
The barometer will be regularly updated with new priority policies.
### Available data
Each indicator is designated by a technical identifier in *IND-XXX* format.
For each indicator, a data file in CSV format is available in the ‘Files’ section at the bottom of the page. You can find the association between each technical identifier and the name of the indicator (as well as its associated priority site) in the documentation *Dictionary of indicators*.
### Documentation
The documentation files are:
- *Dictionary of indicators*: This file lists the indicators presented on the barometer, their associated priority worksite and the technical identifier used to identify them in the data files.
- *Detail of data files*: This documentation describes the contents of the columns in the indicator data files.
- *Dictionary of Territories*: This file describes the list of territory codes used in the data files.
