Description
Article 3 of R.R. No 3/2003 governs the authorisations granted to the ‘semen address’ as a special room for the control, storage and redistribution of frozen semen and/or frozen embryos supplied by the relevant production centres for which the name and the relevant identification code are provided, with which it is also linked for the purposes of responsibility for the use of the semen and embryos.
